Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship to the USA/ Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Mexico and Netherlands. If you would like shipping to your country, please feel free to shoot us an email or DM on Instagram (@shopmeibling) and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I apply multiple discount codes?
Based on our website platform's system, discount codes cannot be combined and only used one at a time.
My product has arrived damaged. What can I do?
We will quality check all items before shipping them your way. However, if there is a damage to the item, please make sure to send proof of any damages within 15 days for a refund to be considered. Please read our refund policy for more information.
I've input the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
If you've realized you put in an invalid/incorrect address before receiving the shipping notification, please contact Meibling immediately let us know the correction.
If your items have already shipped, we will not be held responsible. Unless the items are sent back to sender, in which that case, we will charge you for an additional shipping label to resend it.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled unless Meibling is notified immediately by email.
Can I exchange my item?
Exchanges are offered but not guaranteed, due to fast moving inventory. It is at the customer's expense to re-ship an item. More information is on our Returns page
I didn't receive a shipping notification. How do I know my order went through?
Please double check your emails when checking out. Also check your spam folders in case the email landed there. If there still isn't an email, feel free to contact us at info@meibling.com and we will send tracking manually.
